All of our carriers offer coverage for condominium owners. This policy will cover your individual unit from the inside walls in and any permanent fixtures that you are responsible for. (This coverage is usually listed as additions and alterations.) Loss assessment coverage is also included. The master policy of the building dictates what your needs will be. Condominium policies cover your personal property and liability as well, depending on your needs.
